We are delighted to announce that our founder and managing director, Graeme Henderson will once again be taking part in the 2016 Pedal for Pounds 7 bike ride in association with Huddersfield Town AFC, sponsored by Orchard Energy.
Graeme will be joined by his brother Gareth Henderson, managing director of Orchard Energy and Orchard Networks, as they tackle the gruelling 215 mile journey from Carlisle to Huddersfield in May.
2016’s Pedal for Pounds 7, named The Shankly Tour, will honour the late Bill Shankly with the ride taking in three of the clubs he managed, Carlisle United (1948-1951), Huddersfield Town (1956-1959) and Liverpool FC (1959-1974) over 3 tough days.
The charity bike ride will be raising much needed funds for the ‘Keep It Up’ Campaign a partnership between Yorkshire Air Ambulance and Huddersfield Town Academy.
